M.ovi Free Yukon – Results to be proud of and the continuous goal to keep Yukon’s Wild Sheep Healthy.

The Yukon Wild Sheep Foundation is excited to present the completed results of our first YWSF Funded project by providing this report on the sampling data collected to detect Mycobacterium ovipneumoniae (M. ovi). We are pleased to present this report completed by, Cassandra Andrew, BScH, DVM Candidate for the Yukon Wild Sheep Foundation with support from the Yukon Government, Department of Environment. We would like to thank all those who provided the nasal samples that were collected and for the continuous support as we move forward to put and keep sheep on Yukon’s mountains.
